Lumina（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人データを一切収集しません。

収集するデータ

ありません。本アプリは利用者を識別する情報、利用状況、解析データ、広告識別子を収集・送信しません。

トラッキング

行いません。第三者の解析・広告 SDK を一切組み込んでいません。

データの保存と同期

• 写真・動画の原本は利用者の端末（およびユーザーが選択した場所）にのみ存在し、本アプリは原本に書き込みません（非破壊編集）。
• 編集パラメータと最小限のメタデータ（調整値・サムネイル等）は、利用者自身の iCloud（Apple の CloudKit プライベートデータベース）にのみ同期されます。これは利用者の Apple ID に紐づくプライベート領域で、開発者はアクセスできません。
• 本アプリは独自のサーバーを持たず、開発者へのデータ送信は一切ありません。

本アプリは Apple のプライバシー要件に従い、PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy で以下の API 使用理由のみを宣言しています。いずれも端末内処理のためで、データ収集を伴いません。

• UserDefaults（設定の保存）、File Timestamp（ファイル管理）、Disk Space（書き出し可否の判定）。

Data collected

None. The App does not collect or transmit identifiers, usage, analytics, or advertising data.

Tracking

None. The App embeds no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Storage and sync

• Your original photos and videos remain only on your device (and locations you choose). The App never writes to originals (non-destructive editing).
• Edit parameters and minimal metadata (adjustment values, thumbnails) sync only to your own iCloud (Apple’s CloudKit private database), tied to your Apple ID. The developer cannot access it.
• The App has no developer-operated servers and sends no data to the developer.

Required-reason APIs

Per Apple’s privacy requirements, PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy declares only these API reasons, all for on-device processing with no data collection:

• UserDefaults (saving settings), File Timestamp (file management), Disk Space (checking export feasibility).
